Giovanni “Gio” was born and raised in Panama. After finishing his Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering in Panama, he came to San Antonio to get his Master’s degree with a Finance concentration from St. Mary’s University. He met his wife, Liza while at St. Mary’s and needless to say, stayed in the U.S. He worked for Walgreens for almost two decades mostly as a store manager and area manager. During his time at Walgreens, customer service was his passion. Gio’s store/district always ranked in the top 3 in customer service. Using the skills and knowledge of what he has done over the years in striving for excellent customer service, Giovanni is determined to do the same for his clients in the real estate industry. Listening to clients, treating them like family, and ensuring they leave with a smile. Being bilingual Gio can assist you in Spanish if this is your preferred language of choice. It is important to treat others like you want to be treated especially while purchasing a home-with kindness, patience, and respect. Taking the overwhelming process of selling or purchasing a home a positive one by ensuring it is as seamless and smooth is his goal.

Outside of work and real estate Giovanni and his wife have raised a smart, beautiful daughter, Giuliana who will be going to middle school. They also have a schnauzer Amaretto and a rescue schnauzer/westie Butterfly. Giuliana wants to be a Veterinarian when she grows up and would love to have a zoo at the house, but they’ve settled on dogs, fish, and a shrimp ecosphere. In their free time, they enjoy cooking, movie nights, walking, hiking, taking their dogs for walks, and exploring new parks in San Antonio and the surrounding area. Giovanni enjoys going to the gym, meal prepping to stay healthy, and walking or running every day.
